With over 25+ years of experience and a strong professional background with MCGM/BMC, Mr. Shivaji Yamgar is an expert in Building Permissions, Redevelopment, Municipal Approvals, Development Compliance and PMC Services.
He provides end-to-end guidance for BMC, TMC and other Municipal Corporation / Municipal Council approvals, with particular expertise in Mumbai & MMR Redevelopment Projects.
His experience includes approval-related involvement in major landmark developments in Mumbai, including Antilia.

Dr. Atul Tarasing Rathod is a self-made entrepreneur and results-oriented leader who has built an independent identity in the business world through his own efforts.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, he has developed a strong business network and effective working systems across Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial Property, MIDC-related Services, Legal & Regulatory Coordination, Interiors, and allied business solutions.
Through Daysaan Group, his focus is not limited to completing transactions. He is committed to helping clients identify the right opportunities, understand potential risks, coordinate across various processes, and take each transaction through to a successful outcome.
His practical experience and market understanding in Commercial, Industrial, IT Offices, MIDC properties, and business-oriented real estate solutions are among the key strengths of his leadership.

Mrs. Vaishali Rathod is a visionary and a leader who plays a great role in motivating & inspiring the team. She believes in creating a better world for the generations to come and strives to help the poor & the needy at all times.

Architect Amar Rathod is a key member of the Daysaan Group’s design and development leadership, associated with the Group since 2017. His expertise spans Commercial Interiors, Residential Projects, Redevelopment, Factory & Industrial Setups, Architectural Planning and End-to-End Project Execution.
With his architectural and technical leadership, the Group has successfully contributed to approximately 150–200 Commercial Office Interior Projects, while steadily expanding its capabilities across Residential and Redevelopment developments.
As CEO of M/s. Daysaan Architects and Developers LLP, he leads with a strong focus on design excellence, practical execution, quality, timelines and long-term client value.
